INDECENT ACT   C12-178923
On Wednesday, September 5, 2012 at approximately11:20 p.m., General Patrol Members responded to the report of an indecent act which occurred in the area of Omand's Creek Park.
 
An investigation of the incident revealed that two females, ages 21 and 22 were walking in Omand's Creek Park when a male riding a bicycle approached them from behind and rode past them. The male stopped and as the two females walked past him, he indecently exposed himself while conducting an indecent act.
 
The female victims quickly left the area and the male continued on his way.
 
The suspect in this matter is described as follows:
Brown coloured skin, approximately 18 – 22 years old, 5'10" tall, skinny to medium build wearing a black hat, black hoodie and baggy black jeans.
 
The investigation is continuing by members of the Sex Crimes Unit. Anyone with information regarding this matter is asked to contact police at 204-986-6245 or CrimeStoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).
 
 
FIRE INVESTIGATION   C12-179777
On Thursday, September 6, 2012 at approximately 12:50 a.m., emergency personnel responded to a working garage fire in the area of the 400 block of Morley Avenue.
 
Damage is estimated at $30,000 dollars. No one was injured as a result of the incident.
 
The investigation is continuing by members of the Arson Strike Force.

STRONGARM ROBBERY ARRESTS C12-178100
On Tuesday, September 4, 2012 at approximately 10:00 p.m., members of the Winnipeg Police Service were dispatched to the area of Carlton Street and Cumberland Avenue regarding a report of a strongarm robbery.
 
The investigation revealed that a 55 year old female and 49 year old male were walking in the area when they were suddenly approached from behind by an unknown male. The male suspect took hold of the 49 year old male and preceded to assault him about the body while two unknown females that were with the male suspect joined in the assault.
 
The 49 year old female victim attempted to assist the male victim, however was threatened by the suspects. The male victim sustained minor injury not requiring medical attention. The female victim was not injured as a result of the incident.
 
The suspects stole personal items from the victims and fled. Police arrived on scene and immediately apprehended one female suspect and the male suspect in the area. They were arrested and taken into custody.
 
The second female suspect was located shortly thereafter in the area of the 300 block of Kennedy Street. She was arrested and taken into custody.
 
Tracey Mae SUMMER, 39 years old Winnipeg has been charged with:
  • Robbery with Intent
  • Robbery with Violence
  • Breach of Probation X 2
 
She was detained in custody.
 
Sherrilynn Mary Michelle COLOMB, 20 years old of Winnipeg has been charged with:
  • Robbery with Intent
  • Robbery with Violence
  • Fail to comply with condition Recognizance
 
She was detained in custody.
 
Logan Ture Allan DUCHARME, 26 years old of Winnipeg has been charged with:
  • Robbery with Intent
  • Robbery with Violence
  • Breach of Probation
 
He was detained in custody.
