Wednesday, September 12, 2012       INDECENT ACT – PUBLIC ASSISTANCE REQUIRED C12-131162 On July 6, 2012, at approximately 9:30 p.m., the Winnipeg Police Service received the report of an indecent act that occurred in the River Heights area of the city involving a male suspect.   A female resident observed a male on a bike who was exposing himself while performing an indecent act. The male was observed on two occasions in the same area.    A photo of the suspect was captured. He is described as: Caucasian, Mid 30's, tall build, long reddish hair in a ponytail, trimmed beard, wearing a brown jacket with a hood, dark sunglasses and blue jeans. The male was riding a dark coloured mountain bike at the time of the incident.       The investigation is continuing by members of the District 6 Crime Unit. Anyone with information regarding the identity of the suspect is asked to contact investigators at 204-986-2877 or Crime Stoppers at 204 786-TIPS (8477).
