Wednesday, September 19, 2012 MISSING PERSON CAITLIN ROSE MOUSSEAU C120184463 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing 17 year old female, Caitlin Rose MOUSSEAU. She was last seen on Wednesday, September 12th, 2012 in the St. James area of Winnipeg. MOUSSEAU is described as Aboriginal, 5'6" tall, 143 pounds, long brown hair and brown eyes. Winnipeg Police consider MOUSSEAU to be a child in need of protection, as she is at high risk of being exploited. Investigators are concerned for MOUSSEAU'S wellbeing.
